Sharon's Perfect Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted but not hot)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Corn Syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 unbaked 9" Pie Shell
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Gurley's Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake.
