Sharon's Perfect Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted but not hot)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup (light or dark)
- 1 unbaked 9" Pie Shell
- 1 & 1/2 cup Gurley's Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake.
